Job Description

The Ocean Gallery is looking for a skilled Inside Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for preserving the good condition and functionality of the vacation rental units that have been entrusted to Ocean Gallery Properties, Inc. You will perform a great variety of basic household repairs such as light bulb replacement, faucet repair or replacement, minor toilet repairs, replace garbage disposals, assist with Xfinity connectivity issues, guest & owner assistance, etc.

The successful Inside Maintenance Technician must be a thorough professional with a practical problem-solving mind and attention to detail and be able to work in a team environment productively with little supervision. Work orders are generated through the software system for each unit and timely billing of the completed work orders is a must!

The ideal candidate should be able to work easily with others, practice open communication and be a consistent team player, while presenting a reliable, courteous, and responsible persona to fellow employees, guests and owners alike. Employees are expected to behave responsibly and safely at all times. Our goal is to maintain rental units in the best possible condition for our owners that have entrusted their financial assets to us while also enhancing the experience of our guests. Pay: From $17.00 per hour
