The Opportunity

We are one of the world’s most recognized and successful Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands, and we are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Area Supervisor to oversee a patch of local restaurants.

This isn't just about managing shifts; it's about leading leaders. You will be the strategic link between corporate goals and store-level execution, ensuring that our gold standard of quality, service, and cleanliness is met across every location in your patch.

What You’ll Do

As an Area Supervisor, you are the "CEO" of your assigned territory. Your primary mission is to coach General Managers to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

Talent Development: Identify and groom the next generation of restaurant leaders. You’ll build a "bench" of talent to ensure long-term growth.

Operational Excellence: Conduct regular store visits to ensure strict adherence to brand standards, food safety protocols, and operational procedures.

Financial Stewardship: Analyze P&L statements for each location to identify trends, manage labor costs, and optimize inventory to maximize the bottom line.

Guest Experience: Champion a "customer-first" culture, resolving escalated issues and implementing strategies to improve speed of service.

What We’re Looking For

We need a seasoned leader who understands the fast-paced nature of high-volume QSR environments.

Experience: 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in the restaurant or retail industry.

Business Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L management, COGS, and labor optimization.

Leadership Style: A "boots-on-the-ground" mentor who leads by example and thrives on developing others.

Adaptability: The ability to pivot quickly in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
