National Law Firm Real Estate Associate (4+ Years)

A well-established national law firm is looking to add a Real Estate Associate in Columbus.

This is a strong opportunity for a transactional attorney who wants to work on a mix of real estate matters, including acquisitions, financing, and leasing, within a collaborative and active practice.What You’ll Be Doing

Handling acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate

Supporting real estate financing transactions

Drafting and negotiating commercial leases

Working across a variety of real estate matters and deal typesWhat They’re Looking For

4+ years of transactional real estate experience

Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing

Strong drafting and deal management skills

Ability to work directly with clients and manage matters
