What You’ll Get To Do
Help clear land, move earth, and install underground utilities to prep sites for roads, schools, apartments, warehouses, and more.
Prepare land for stable, well-drained sites
Install utilities like water, sewer, and drainage systems
Contour and sculpt earth for roads, buildings, and outdoor spaces
Get paid to use hand tools while you learn to operate heavy equipment like skid steers, dozers, and excavators
Stay local to Greater Hartford (within ~1 hour of Ellington)
Be safe and supported alongside a highly skilled crew that’s got your back
What You Bring
3+ years in sitework, excavation, grading, and/or pipelaying
The grit to problem-solve and adapt when site conditions change
A safety-first mindset and the confidence to speak up
Pride in your work and a drive to keep improving
Even Better (but not required)
Basic mechanical knowledge and know how to fix stuff
OSHA 10 certification
CDL
