Job Description
Position Overview:
Full-time Nurse Practitioner position in a well-established outpatient primary care practice. This role offers a consistent schedule, strong support, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to an established patient population.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Perform physical exams and preventative visits
Prescribe medications and treatments
Document in EMR (eClinicalWorks)
Cross train in Occupational Health clinic
Participate in light call rotation (1 week/month, low volume, primarily phone/EHR)
Schedule:
Full-time (32–36 hours/week typical)
Monday–Friday (Possible 4 day work week)
Requirements:
Active Ohio NP license
Board certification (FNP or AGNP)
DEA license (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
Strong clinical and documentation skills
Preferred:
Primary care experience
