Long Term Contract / 90-95hr / REMOTE We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to manage, support, and optimize PeopleSoft environments supporting HR, Payroll, and Financials.
This role is responsible for system administration, upgrades, performance, security, and operational stability across multiple environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support PeopleSoft HCM and Financials environments (Dev, Test, Prod)Manage PeopleTools administration, including configuration and maintenancePerform PUM updates, patches, upgrades, and fixesMonitor system performance and troubleshoot application, batch, and integration issuesAdminister PeopleSoft security, roles, permissions, and user accessManage Process Scheduler, batch jobs, and report distributionSupport Payroll processing cycles, HR operations, and financial close periodsCoordinate with developers, functional teams, DBAs, and infrastructure teamsMaintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational proceduresEnsure system availability, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness Required Qualifications5+ years of PeopleSoft administration experienceStrong experience supporting:HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor)Financials (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management)Expertise with PeopleTools 8.5xExperience with PeopleSoft security administrationStrong understanding of Process Scheduler and batch processingHands-on experience troubleshooting integrations and interfacesSolid knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows environmentsStrong communication skills and ability to support business-critical systems Preferred / Nice to HaveExperience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI administrationExposure to Oracle databases and WebLogicExperience supporting large enterprise or public-sector environmentsFamiliarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or hybrid environmentsExperience with PeopleSoft Image management and selective adoptionITIL or change management experience
