Role: Sr full stack Java Lead

Work location: Greenwood Village, Denver, CO

Job Description:

Candidate should join customer Denver office from day one, full-stack development, with a strong focus on Java. Experience in successfully coordinating and leading development efforts with onshore and offshore teams. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, including managing distributed teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

7 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Java.

Deep expertise with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

experience in successfully coordinating and leading development efforts with onshore and offshore teams.

Extensive experience with Kafka, including Kafka Connect.

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating with various data sources.

Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB Or Amazon DocumentDB and caching solutions like Redis.

Strong understanding and experience with message brokers like Kafka.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Harness and monitoring/logging platforms like Splunk.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, including managing distributed teams effectively.
