Job Title: Agile Scrum Master (CSM Certified) Location: Austin, TX – HYBRID (NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE) Duration: Multi-year Interview Mode: 100% In-Person Role Overview Seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in delivering enterprise data, analytics, and modernization initiatives.

This role requires a servant leader who can drive Agile best practices, ensure team performance, and align delivery with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives • Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement • Identify and remove impediments impacting delivery • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on goals and priorities • Track and report velocity, sprint metrics, and delivery progress • Support enterprise-level IT initiatives and ensure effective Agile adoption • Analyze business needs and recommend solutions for system improvements Required Qualifications • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments • Proven experience with Agile delivery for technology/data platforms • Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills • Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira) • Experience in large-scale/enterprise IT environments • Ability to manage complex tasks with independence and creativity Preferred Qualifications • Experience with State/Government projects • Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
