Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect with deep expertise in Eggplant Functional to lead and design intelligent test automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining automation strategy, building scalable frameworks, and driving AI-driven testing approaches across enterprise applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement enterprise-level test automation strategy using Eggplant FunctionalArchitect and design robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworksLead automation initiatives across UI, API, and end-to-end testingIntegrate Eggplant with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab)Leverage AI-based testing capabilities of Eggplant for intelligent test coverage and optimizationCollaborate with QA, DevOps, and development teams to ensure quality engineering practicesMentor and guide automation engineers and QA teamsDefine KPIs, metrics, and reporting for automation effectivenessEnsure best practices in test design, maintainability, and performance testingEvaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance automation maturityRequired Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience in software testing and automation3+ years of hands-on experience with Eggplant FunctionalStrong expertise in automation framework design and architectureProficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript)Experience with image-based and AI-driven testing approachesStrong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologiesExperience integrating automation with CI/CD tools like JenkinsKnowledge of API testing tools and performance testing conceptsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automationExperience in domains like Banking, Insurance, or HealthcareCertifications in automation tools or Agile frameworksFamiliarity with tools like Selenium, Cypress, or PlaywrightKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking and solution architectureLeadership and team mentoringStakeholder managementInnovation in AI-driven testingStrong communication skills
