Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex Triggers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components as per business needs.Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to ensure system efficiency.Customize Salesforce applications using standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and flows.Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, admins, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.Maintain detailed technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.

Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex Triggers.Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Aura.Experience with Salesforce configuration, customizations, and integrations.Hands-on knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and data migration tools.Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and governor limits.Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.

Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git, CI/CD pipelines).Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks for enhancing LWC development.
