Project Manager - MF + Student Housing Columbus, OH $100K–$160K base + profit sharing + annual bonus + vehicle allowance A highly respected Columbus-based general contractor is continuing to expand its multifamily and large-scale student housing portfolio and is seeking a Project Manager capable of leading major projects typically ranging from $50M–$80M+. What You’ll Be Responsible ForLead projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeoutOwn budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and financial performance throughout the full project lifecycleDevelop and maintain schedules in close partnership with field leadershipManage contracts, buyout activity, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and owner documentationPartner closely with Superintendents to drive execution and solve project challenges proactivelyServe as primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partnersEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality Ideal Background7+ years of Project Management experience with a General ContractorGround-up multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, or large residential project experience strongly preferredProven ability to manage larger-scale projects in the $40M+ rangeStrong financial ownership and comfort managing complex project documentationProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar toolsStrong communication style with both clients and internal teams Compensation & Benefits$100K–$160K base salary depending on experienceAnnual performance bonusProfit sharingFull medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matchPTO and long-term advancement opportunity Why This Role Tends To Stand OutMultifamily is a real growth focus internally, not a side marketStrong PM / Superintendent support structure already in placeLocal Columbus backlog with long-term visibilityReputation for promoting from within and retaining strong performersOpportunity to help shape a growing division while still backed by an established builder
