Base salary: $120,000–$300,000 with Equity

We are looking for a highly capable Full Stack Software Engineer to help build the core product and technical foundation of Figwork from the ground up. This is an opportunity to work directly on critical systems that power the platform, from user-facing workflows to backend architecture and internal operations. You will be joining at an early stage, which means a high level of ownership, speed, and responsibility.
What you’ll do
Build and ship core product features across frontend and backend
Design scalable systems and workflows for task creation, contractor matching, payments, verification, and platform operations
Work closely with the founders to turn product ideas into production-ready systems
Improve product reliability, speed, and user experience across the platform
Help shape engineering standards, architecture decisions, and long-term technical direction
What we’re looking for
Strong full stack engineering ability
Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure
Able to move quickly, solve problems independently, xywuqvp and handle pressure in a fast-paced startup environment
High ownership mindset and willingness to build from zero
We care far more about capability, execution, and judgment than background or years of experience
