Description:

Support the Engineering and Capital Projects team by coordinating project activities, <\/span>managing procurement tracking<\/b>, and maintaining project schedules using <\/span>Microsoft Project<\/b>. This role ensures that project deliverables, <\/span>timelines, and purchasing requirements<\/b> <\/span>are aligned, documented, and communicated effectively to both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

<\/p>

Works closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Procurement, Maintenance, Validation, and Quality to support the successful execution of engineering projects in a regulated (FDA, cGMP) environment.

<\/p>

Key Responsibilities:

<\/p>

Maintain and update project schedules.

<\/li>

Track procurement activities<\/b>: SAP, PRs, POs, quotes, lead times, and deliveries.

<\/li>

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

<\/li>

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and project status reports.

<\/li>

Maintain project documentation aligned with cGMP and site procedures.

Requirements<\/h3>

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.

<\/li>

1–3 years of experience in project coordination.

<\/li>

Proficiency in SAP, MS Project<\/b>, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

<\/li>

Strong organizational and communication skills.

<\/li>

Understanding of cGMP and FDA regulatory requirements preferred.
