Solterra Wellness Club is building a luxury, recovery-focused wellness club where massage is a core service within a broader wellness experience. We are seeking an experienced, client-ready Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to work in a polished environment with operational support, cross-referral opportunities, and a clientele that values results.

This role is ideal for a therapist who is confident in their hands-on skills, takes professionalism seriously, and wants to focus on delivering excellent care while Solterra handles booking, payments, supplies, and front desk support.

Our client base will include active adults, Pilates and yoga members, recovery-focused guests, and clients seeking relief from tension, pain, stress, and mobility limitations.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality massage sessions tailored to each client’s goals, including recovery, pain relief, stress reduction, and mobility support

Conduct professional intake conversations, review contraindications, confirm pressure preferences, and communicate aftercare recommendations

Maintain a treatment room that is consistently clean, calm, organized, and guest-ready

Deliver a high standard of guest care that supports client retention and rebooking

Collaborate within a wellness-focused environment alongside Pilates, yoga, recovery, and other service providers

Offer thoughtful input on massage menu development, add-ons, and guest experience as a founding provider

Qualifications

Current Ohio Massage Therapy License in active good standing

Strong hands-on skills and ability to adapt sessions to individual client needs

Professional, reliable, punctual, and client-focused

Strong communication and guest service skills

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of professional massage therapy experience in a spa, sports, clinical, or high-volume setting

Experience in one or more of the following: deep tissue, sports/recovery massage, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, lymphatic massage, or cupping if properly certified

Comfort working with active clients and providing outcome-based sessions

Compensation and Perks

Compensation based on a percentage of each completed service

No overhead for the provider; Solterra supplies the table, linens, laundry, oils/products, disposables, cleaning supplies, software, payment processing, and front desk support

All appointments are managed through the Solterra booking platform, including online booking, reminders, and intake forms
