Requirements

6 or more years of experience in Microsoft stack software development and enterprise systems.

Proficiency in NIEM specifications and IEPD lifecycle management.

Experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET.

Experience in XSLT 2.0/3.0, XPath, and Altova XMLSpy for schema management.

Experience with WCF, Web API, and SOAP/REST web service refactoring.

Experience in MS SQL Server and Object Oriented Design patterns.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the refactoring of client interfaces and web services for national data exchange migrations.

Develop and document information exchange packages according to industry-specific domain schemas.

Map legacy data elements to modern components using complex transformation logic and XPath.

Enhance and maintain mission-critical enterprise applications using C# and the .NET framework.

Manage XML namespaces and versioning strategies to ensure backward compatibility for legacy consumers.

Troubleshoot complex end-to-end technical scenarios involving multiple external agencies and protocols.

Maintain technical documentation for system architecture and troubleshoot methods across the infrastructure.
