Key Responsibilities

Assist individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and other daily living activities.

Support clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.

Encourage and facilitate participation in community activities and social programs.

Document progress and report any changes in behavior or health.

Ensure a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety standards.

Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and team members to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and compassion.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain post-hire.
