Machine / Production Operator

Location: Lyndhurst, NJ

We are hiring Machine / Production Operators to support manufacturing and packaging operations. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality, and ensuring safe and efficient production during 8- or 12-hour shifts.Pay: Base Rate: $19.70/hour + shift differential Available Shifts:

- 3rd shift, Mon-Fri: 10:00pm-6:30am ($20.20/hr)

- B shift: Mon-Wed/Mon-Thurs (Rotating): 6pm-6am ($20.20/hr)

- C Shift: Thu-Sun/Friday-Sun (Rotating): 6am-6:30pm ($20.95/hr)

- D shift: Thurs-Sun/Fri-Sun: 6pm-6:30am ($20.95/hr)

Candidates must be flexible to train on another shift for 60–90 days.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment

Load materials and monitor production processes

Perform quality checks and collect product samples

Package, palletize, and stage finished products

Maintain a safe and clean work environmentQualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

Ability to work assigned shift schedule
