We are recruiting a Responsible Pharmacist for Scientific Information to oversee activities related to regulatory compliance of promotional materials, events, support in importation plans and related regulatory activities. This role supports global and local regulatory activities and works closely with INTRA, REC, Regulatory Quality & Safety, Marketing, QA and external partners (importers, HAs).

Key responsibilities:

Act as Responsible Pharmacist for Scientific Information for promotional materials and events:

Prepare, submit & obtain approvals for Events Declarations.

Prepare,submit & obtain approvals for promotional materials, ensuring compliance references and documentation.

Communicate with various départements internally & Health authority externally to ensure Timely approvals .

Support in the preparation of the release documentation & communication with the Importers

Manage and operate the revision & approvals in Veritas system for promotional material and event workflows.

Lead translation activities & manage the revision & approval for Information for the patient & the Physician, labeling & safety Report and Handle the artworks System

Support in Preparation, submission, and obtain approval for Importation Plans; perform reconciliation and request extensions of IMP Plans as needed.

Coordinate with Distribution (DH) and liaise directly with importers for registration sample/Materials logistics and customs requirements.

Support shared-pack projects from regulatory and quality perspective (labeling, pack inserts).

Manage history and hard-copy archiving in line with regulatory retention requirements.

Oversee payment activities related to Health Authority approvals and vendors.

Ensure continuous Health Authority (HA) appointments — schedule, follow-up and maintain weekly HA interfacing cadence.

Maintain clear documentation, trackers, and reporting; escalate risks/delays to leadership.

Qualifications:

Qualified and registered pharmacist (national registration/license required: the pharmacist diploma).

Based in Algeria

2–5+ years’ experience in regulatory affairs, scientific information, or medical affairs with responsibilities for promotional materials, events .

Practical experience with labeling and regulatory submissions.

Proven experience with importation logistics and working with external importers and distributors.

Experience using regulatory/Promotional materials management systems (experience with Veritas is highly desirable).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in French, Arabic and English.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous requests under tight timelines.

Hands-on experience with promotional compliance processes (events declaration, PM approval workflows).

Familiarity with HA processes and timelines in the local territory.

Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, QA, Legal and Supply Chain.

Good financial acumen for fee handling and vendor payments
