Position Overview:

Clearcheck Recovery is seeking a reliable and professional Male Testing Technician / Office Support / Recovery Coach to assist with drug testing and general office operations. This role plays an important part in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and a supportive environment for clients in recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct observed urine analysis (UA) and oral swab drug testing in accordance with program policies

Ensure proper documentation, chain of custody, and accuracy of all testing procedures

Maintain a respectful and professional environment during collections

Assist with general office duties (client check-ins, scheduling support, filing, etc.)

Provide appropriate support to clients in recovery while maintaining professional boundaries

Follow all confidentiality and compliance guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

Male applicant (required due to observed collections)

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must not currently be on probation or parole

Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

If in recovery, must have a minimum of 1 year of continuous sobriety (required)

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong reliability, professionalism, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Recovery Coach Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in substance use treatment, behavioral health, or similar field

Familiarity with UA and/or oral testing procedures is a plus (training provided)
