Jackson Truck & Trailer Inc in Terry, MS is currently seeking a Trailer Shop Foreman to oversee our dedicated team of technicians. As a Trailer Shop Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our trailer repair shop and providing top-notch service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team of trailer technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency

Coordinate and prioritize repair jobs to meet deadlines and maximize productivity

Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical issues in trailers

Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance as needed

Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and equipment

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesQualifications:

Possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate heavy-duty trucks

At least 5 years of experience working with trailers or heavy equipment

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team

Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
