Responsibilities

* Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

* Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

* Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

* Uphold the wants and needs of your customers

* Provide exceptional customer service.

* Process customer policy change requests.

* Take premium payments from customers.

Requirements

* Must have insurance license(s) already OR be willing to go through the licensing process.

* Driven and goal-oriented individual.

* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

* Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

* Adhering to strict FCC rules, please dont apply if you have any charges related to theft, violence, drugs within the past seven years or ANY past convictions concerning violation of the FCC rules.

* No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
