We are actively looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a fast-growing Workplace Engineering team supporting enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve incidents, implement enhancements, develop catalog items, and build scalable workflows across multiple business functions including IT, HR, Facilities, and Legal.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, prioritize, and resolve ServiceNow support tickets and requests
Design and develop Service Catalog items, enhancements, bug fixes, and module implementations
Lead Agile sprint development tasks and support release cycles
Create and execute QA test plans for development work and platform upgrades
Maintain and enhance Automated Test Framework (ATF) for release validation
Build custom workflows, automation, and process improvements
Develop user training materials and support documentation
Provide technical support and user training across internal teams
Collaborate on strategic platform improvements and multiple ongoing projects
Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong expertise in Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Workflows
Experience with Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, ATF
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, REST APIs
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, QA, and release management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
