Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dynamic Executive – Sales & Marketing who will also handle Reservations and Banqueting operations. The role involves driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and coordinating reservations and event bookings to ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle reservations and banqueting operations

Conduct sales visits, including visits to Colombo

Support the sales and marketing team in achieving targets

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery

Qualifications

Prior experience in the hotel industry will be an added advantage

Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays

Preference will be given to candidates based in Kandy

Accommodation will be provided on a sharing basis if required

Proficiency in English is essential

Strong sales skills

A pleasant and professional personality

Preferred age range: 20–35 years
