Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine / Functional Wellness Focus)

Position Type: Part-Time (with defined pathway to Full-Time) (half day Wednesday) Full day Thursday & Friday) 8:30 am - 5 pm

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a high-performance Nurse Practitioner who can deliver efficient, high-quality care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic while supporting both traditional primary care and emerging functional wellness services.

This role is ideal for a provider who:

Moves with urgency

Documents in real-time

Can manage 20–25 patients per day without sacrificing care quality

Is comfortable being held accountable to performance metrics

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Care

Provide comprehensive primary care services across all age groups

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

Deliver patient-centered, culturally competent care

Support functional wellness services (Emsculpt Neo, IV infusion Therapy, Emsella, etc.)

Patient Throughput & Efficiency

Maintain a target of 18–25 patients per day

Keep visits focused and structured (no unnecessary over-extension)

Utilize Medical Assistant support effectively

Documentation & Compliance

Close all charts same day (non-negotiable)

Complete documentation in AthenaOne accurately and efficiently

Ensure proper coding to support revenue capture

Revenue Awareness

Understand that documentation = revenue

Support appropriate billing levels and service utilization

Identify candidates for cash-based wellness services

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

· Daily Patient Volume: 18–25 patients/day

Chart Closure: 100% same-day completion

Patient Satisfaction: High retention and positive feedback

Coding Accuracy: Supports strong collections

Participation in the growth of wellness services

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

2+ years outpatient experience (Family Practice preferred)

Strong clinical decision-making skills

Fast, organized, and decisive

Comfortable with structured workflows and accountability

Not easily overwhelmed by volume

Open to learning cash-based care models

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Base hourly rate (part-time)

Productivity bonus (per patient over threshold)

Incentive for same-day chart completion

Bonus for wellness program conversions

Start Part-Time (60-day ramp)
