Job Description
Job Title: Mixologist, Storyteller, and Vibe-Creator (aka Bartender)
Are you a master of cocktails? A connoisseur of conversations? Do you believe that a good drink is just the beginning of a great experience? Then you might be the perfect fit for our team!
We are not just a bar; we are a destination. We’re looking for a charismatic and responsible bartender to join our crew and help us create memorable moments for every guest. Your craft will be at the heart of our vibrant atmosphere, and your personality will be the secret ingredient that keeps people coming back for more.
Your Mission (Should you choose to accept it):
Become a Beverage Alchemist: You'll be crafting delicious cocktails, pouring perfect drafts, and presenting our curated wine list with style and flair. Whether it’s a classic Old Fashioned or your own unique creation, you'll make every drink a work of art.
Be a Social Architect: Engage with our guests, learn their stories, and make them feel right at home. You'll build rapport and foster a friendly, welcoming environment that transforms first-time visitors into cherished regulars.
Uphold the Law (and the good times): You’ll be the master of responsible service, ensuring every guest has a great time safely and in full compliance with Utah's unique liquor laws. That means checking IDs and making smart decisions—because keeping the party responsible is a job in itself.
Keep the Ship Running: Manage inventory like a pro, keep your station sparkling, and collaborate with your team to ensure smooth sailing on even the busiest nights. You're a multitasking expert who handles the rush with grace and a smile.
You're a good fit if you are:
A Natural People-Person: You have a positive, engaging, and genuinely friendly personality. You can read a room and know how to cater to different moods and crowds.
Quick and Cool Under Pressure: A busy Saturday night is your time to shine, not to sweat. You can handle a high-volume crowd without breaking a sweat (or a glass).
A Certified Pro: You are at least 21 years old and already have, or are willing to get, your DABS-approved alcohol server training before your first day on the job.
A Team Player: You value collaboration and understand that a successful night depends on the whole crew working together.
