Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Company Information: An Edinburgh Veneer company is looking to add a 2nd and 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to their team!

The Maintenance Technician:

Performs diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on heavy equipment/machinery such as slicers, dryers, sawmills, payloaders, forklifts, etc.

Will be responsible for running conduit, greasing machinery, working with PLC’s, troubleshooting, responding to on-call situations, building maintenance and more!

Pay & Benefits:

Up to $30/HR (based on experience)

$.75/hr shift differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift

Schedule: 2nd or 3rd shift available

2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 2PM-10:30PM)

3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday) 10PM-6:30AM

Ability to pick up overtime when available!

Maintenance Technician's Requirements:

Must have the ability to work independently

Must be okay with working both in/outdoors

Previous mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance

Electrical maintenance experience is ideal but not required

Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
