Accounting Manager

Job Title: Accounting Manager No of Vacancies: 1 Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, if required.

Work Address: street, Aldergrove, BC, V4W 2R1, Canada Wage rate: $95,000 annually, for 30 hours a week Education: High School required, diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping or related field an asset Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience Language: English Job Duties: Manage all accounting and financial activities of the farm.

Prepare and review financial statements to make sure they are accurate and follow accounting rules.

Create and manage budgets, cash flow plans, and cost controls for crop production, inventory, and daily operations.

Track inventory costs for plants, supplies, and equipment and ensure they are recorded correctly in financial reports.

Supervise and train accounting staff, assign tasks, and check their work to ensure company policies are followed.

Set up and maintain accounting systems, internal controls, and financial policies to protect company assets.

Essential Skills: Oral communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, continuous learning.
