We are looking for an experienced Senior Controller / FP&A to strengthen our finance organization and lead core FP&A topics across Europe, with close alignment to our US headquarters. This role includes line management responsibility for a team of two FP&A professionals and strong interaction with senior stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for revenues, costs and margins

Prepare and analyze management reporting for European management and US HQ

Act as a finance business partner to sales, supply chain and operations

Ownership of inventory valuation and close collaboration with operations

Monitor cost structures and identify financial risks and optimization opportunities

Support closing activities and ensure alignment with group reporting standards

Lead and develop a team of 2 direct reports

Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Several years of experience in FP&A / Controlling, ideally in retail or consumer goods

Strong know-how in costing, inventory accounting and margin analysis

Prior experience in an international environment, ideally with US stakeholders

Strong analytical and communication skills

Advanced Excel and ERP experience; BI tools are a plus

Fluent English and German are required

Structured, proactive and hands-on leadership style
