Litigation Attorney – Austin, TX

Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify an Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Austin, TX. Candidates must hold an active Texas Bar license.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

Experience working in a high-volume insurance defense/ personal injury practice

Extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility and motion practice

Significant hearing and deposition experience

Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented and organized with a solid work ethic

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $175,000 – $190,000 annually (DOE).

Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
