Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor various types of machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.

Ensure production quality standards are met by conducting regular inspections.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.

Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety practices.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

1-3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Ability to operate manual machines (e.g. lathe, turret, threaders, saw, grinders).

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
