Wetzel’s Pretzels is on a mission to serve up fresh, delicious pretzels with energy and positivity. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our Palm Bay location. If you’re passionate about great food, great service, and great teams—we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Lead the Team

Supervise, train, and motivate team members

Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees

Model outstanding customer service every shift

Run the Store

Manage daily operations alongside the GM

Oversee scheduling, inventory, and ordering

Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met

Deliver Results

Monitor sales and handle cash management

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care

Step in for the GM as needed

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of supervisory or management experience (restaurant or food retail preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

High school diploma or GED required

ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
