Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler

Full-Time Residential & Commercial Plumbing

This role is ideal for someone who blends excellent customer service with strong organization and follow-through.

You’ll be the point person for all incoming phone calls from customers, coordinating technician's schedules, and helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Enjoy helping customers feel informed and supported

Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball

Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch plumbers

Answer and respond to all phone calls from customers

Communicate with customers and field technicians

Schedule:

Full-time Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
