Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Job Description

We are seeking 3–5 reliable and motivated groundskeeping professionals to join our team at a private school in the Annapolis area. This position focuses on maintaining the entire school property to the highest standard year-round. Attention to detail, pride in your work, and general landscaping knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Maintaining a clean, well-manicured campus at all times

Trash and debris pickup across the property

Mulching landscape beds

Installing and maintaining annual flowers and seasonal plantings

Trimming and pruning shrubs

Weeding and general landscape bed maintenance

General groundskeeping tasks as needed

Requirements:

General landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Must be willing and able to pass both state and federal background checks

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($18–$22/hr)

Consistent, predictable schedule (4 days per week with potential of 5 days a week in busy season)
