TactStaff EDU is connecting with passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) interested in opportunities for the 2026-2027 school year in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding communities.
We are seeking dedicated clinicians committed to supporting students with speech, language, articulation, fluency, and communication disorders that impact academic success and daily functioning. Opportunities may include placements in public schools, charter schools, and specialized education programs across the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Qualifications
Must hold or be eligible for Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFY candidates may be considered depending on the assignment)
Must be eligible for Ohio Department of Education (ODE) school-based certification if required by the district
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary school team
Experience
Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting
Strong knowledge of IDEA and Ohio special education compliance standards
Experience developing and implementing IEPs and speech therapy goals
Ability to evaluate students and provide therapy for articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
Experience collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and families
