Enter, update and maintain accurate data in company systems; ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and timely processing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Enter and verify data from source documents into databases, CRM, or spreadsheets with high accuracy.
Review completed entries for errors and inconsistencies; correct or flag issues.
Perform routine data cleaning: deduplication, normalization, and standardization.
Convert data between formats (PDF, scanned images, Excel, CSV, database records).
Reconcile discrepancies by comparing data across sources and liaising with relevant teams.
Maintain organized digital records and document workflow steps.
Meet daily/weekly data entry quotas and project deadlines.
Follow data privacy and security procedures for handling sensitive information.
Generate basic reports and summaries as requested.
Participate in remote team meetings and training; use company tools (e.g., LMS, Slack, Zoom, task tracker).
