About the Role:
DECG Frano World is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to drive business growth across multiple regions. The role involves handling B2B/project sales in the infrastructure and construction sector, including highway products, fabrication, and waterproofing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing & sales strategies
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Manage client relationships (EPC contractors, consultants, builders)
Handle project sales, client meetings, and site visits
Prepare proposals, tenders, and negotiations
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Qualification:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
English Medium background preferred
Experience:
2–10 years in Marketing/Sales
Experience in building materials / infrastructure / construction industry preferred
Key Skills:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of B2B / project sales
Understanding of highway projects, infrastructure, or construction chemicals
Ability to manage clients and business development activities
Preferred:
Experience in Noise Barriers / Bridge Products / Waterproofing / Fabrication
Exposure to EPC / NHAI / Infrastructure projects
