In this role, you will engage with customers, understand their vehicle needs, and provide exceptional service to help them find the perfect car. You will play a vital part in driving sales and maintaining a positive dealership reputation.Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information.

Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet dealership sales goals.

Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations.Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent.
