About the Role:
Our Team is currently seeking a Data Center Technician to support both company specific servers as well as servers onsite at customer data centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hardware setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for servers, racks, and switches.
Support network setup and cabling management, ensuring accuracy and minimal downtime.
Handle incident reporting, escalation, and documentation (SOPs, KB articles, lessons learned).
Ensure safety compliance and participate in daily operational briefings.
Collaborate with internal and external teams, driving assigned initiatives to completion.
Maintain strong client focus and uphold data center service quality and SLAs.
Ideal Profile:
Requirements:
1–2+ years of experience as a Data Center Technician.
Strong hardware and network troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work autonomously or in a distributed team.
Education: High school diploma (or equivalent).
Preferred Skills:
Certifications: CCNA, MCP/MSCE.
Scripting knowledge: PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
