Closure: Coordinate directly with experts for account setup, profile optimization, and membership package activation to prepare the operation of the "Digital Personal Store".

Onboarding: Act as an initial advisor, helping experts become familiar with the system and standard processes. Connect with the technical department to quickly resolve issues and ensure a smooth start.
