Ability to work on multiple projects with very tight deadlines and high specifications in a competitive market
Ability to coordinate manpower from start to finish of projects
Capable of planning and managing work programs to meet milestones
Ability to read and amend AutoCAD technical drawings
Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach
Good communication skills
Strong time management
Computer literate
Ability to issue bills and claim forms
Efficient material ordering with minimal wastage
Ability to prepare detailed take-offs from plans
Experience in quoting and calculating variations
Willingness to work flexible hours based on deadlines and client needs
Hardworking attitude
Language proficiency: English (C1 or higher)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to lead and manage multiple large projects
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication with co-workers and clients
Professional attitude and approach to work
Preferred Qualifications:
Mechanical qualifications and/or Electrical License
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Electrical & Mechanical building services
Trade Engineer experience in building services is an advantage

Job Responsibilities
Order materials ensuring at least two weeks of supply
Inspect site work for quality assurance
Handle day-to-day workforce issues
Prepare take-offs
Manage Health & Safety (H&S) matters
Update daily Program of Works (POW) with the Project Manager
Ensure all sites follow drawings and achieve milestones
Coordinate site work and compare with shop drawings
Perform daily verification and assist in Quantity Surveying (QS)
