Cleaners

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well organized workshop environment. Ensure compliance with the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Procedures, as well as the company’s Safe Work and ISO-related procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, and restroom maintenance, to ensure all areas remain clean and hygienic.

• Comply with all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Maintain all cleaning tools, materials, and supplies in good working condition, and promptly report any faults, shortages, or maintenance requirements to the Supervisor.

• Interact professionally with staff and visitors while supporting overall site operations and promoting a positive work environment.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workshop at all times.

• Adhere to the company’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures, ensuring compliance with Safe Work and ISO-related standards.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment.

• Exposure to heavy machinery or industrial workspaces (advantageous).

Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in an industrial setting.

• Ability to safely handle cleaning equipment (e.g., industrial vacuums, pressure washers).

• Understanding of correct disposal methods for hazardous materials (oil, grease, waste).

• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.

• Attention to detail to maintain cleanliness in high-use areas.

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety regulations.

• Safety-conscious, with a willingness to wear PPE at all times.

• Team player but able to work independently.
