Akkodis is seeking a Senior Java Spring Boot Developer for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX / Indianapolis, IN/ Boston, MA/ Seattle, WA /Portsmouth, NH. The ideal candidate has proven ability to build robust backend solutions, integrate RESTful APIs, collaborate with React/Angular teams, and drive code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and architectural decisions in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Rate Range: $43/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Java Spring Boot Developer Job Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and maintain highperformance backend applications using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.

Build, secure, and integrate RESTful APIs while ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless interaction with frontend applications (React/Angular).

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.

Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and contract testing, adhering to best engineering and versioncontrol practices.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and cloud deployments using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS/Azure.

Proactively identify improvements, mentor team members, and take ownership of deliverables in a distributed, Agile environment. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (master's preferred).

10-15 years of handson experience in Java/J2EE application development, with strong Spring Boot and microservices expertise.

Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, cloudnative applications using AWS or Azure, with strong CI/CD and DevOps exposure.

Pay Details: $43.00 to $47.00 per hour
