Role Overview The Section Manager – Digital Marketing is responsible for planning and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand, products, and services. This role leads the digital team and oversees campaign execution, content creation, performance analysis, and emerging technology adoption, ensuring all digital efforts are aligned with overall brand objectives and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and display advertising.

Measure campaign performance, analyze trends, and optimize strategies for improved results.

Conceptualize and produce content across digital channels, working with creative teams on visuals and styling.

Brainstorm and develop new growth strategies to drive brand visibility and engagement.

Oversee the digital team, including marketing and ad operations professionals.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages, user experience, and adopt emerging digital technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

Preferably with experience working in Fashion, Apparel, or any related industries.

Experience in conceptualizing and producing digital content.

Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and strong business acumen.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Light digital ad experience preferred.
