• Minimum 3 years of people management experience
• Experience leading cross Team communication
• Advanced technical understanding of Linux operating systems (e.g., system administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, networking).
o Base knowledge of Windows operations systems
o Professional experience with Bash scripting for automation and system tasks.
o Containerization – professional experience with containerization application management
o Kubernetes or Rancher (or similar tool)
o Ansible – for Infrastructure automation and configuration management
• Soft skills:

This role focuses on managing a team that maintaining and optimizing 24/7 real-time transaction systems for Central Gaming Platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee system performance, ensure operational reliability, mentor technical staff, and coordinate cross-functional support. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for solving complex operational challenges are essential.
• Managing/supporting/mentoring a team of TechOps Engineers who will be responsible for the following.
o Production support
o System monitoring and maintenance
o Automation + Scripting
o Performance tuning
o Terminal connectivity
o Incident management + troubleshooting
