Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Anderson, SC, for an Inside Technical Sales Representative in the Metal Finishing Industry. Responsibilities include quoting finishing equipment, parts and commodities, managing customer accounts, fostering strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing technical sales support to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Technical Sales and to effectively quote Finishing Industry products and services

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships

Ability to read and understand technical product diagrams, drawings, etc.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite of products

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Degrees/certificates in mechanical/mechatronics and other related programs also a plus

Experience in the metal finishing or industrial sector is a plus

Must have a strong desire to learn technical components of the job and have an eagle eye for detail
