What you’ll be doing:

Design and produce digital and print graphics using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Support marketing and business development initiatives through branded creative assets

Revise, update, and create graphics for product literature, administrative documents, web assets, signage, and promotional materials

Provide graphic design support for special events and marketing initiatives

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials

Organize and maintain digital assets, inventory, supplies, and equipment

Ensure accuracy and consistency with brand standards across all deliverables

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Collaborate with marketing, brand managers, and cross-functional teams

Who we’re looking for:

Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat software

Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Highly organized, pays attention to detail, and produces accurate, error-free work

Knowledge of design and layout principles, in addition to typographical knowledge and skills

Proactive, resourceful, and can easily multitask while meeting deadlines

Communicates effectively with co-workers, management, and internal customers

Has great verbal and written communication skills
