What you’ll be doing:

Creates brand-elevating visual merchandising presentations to drive traffic and conversion.

Implements creative concepts for the transformation project

Prioritizes multiple projects and reports to Sr. Visual Specialist to meet all visual/marketing milestones

Delivers consistent, innovative, and merchandising solutions that improve the in-store experience, drive traffic, and meet brand objectives

Collaborates with merchants to bring product assortments to life and ensure cross-functional alignment

Stays current with fashion, beauty, interior, and competitive trends via market patterning to create new and innovative thinking

Visits stores to understand customer needs and identify go-forward opportunities

80% of job responsibilities will require virtual store design programming and developing in-store visual merchandising for select store formats

Who we’re looking for:

3 - 5 years of visual merchandising experience

Ability to multitask, self-manage multiple projects, meet quickly approaching deadlines, and adapt to quickly shifting priorities

Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills

Be a self-starter who can work both independently and in a collaborative environment, producing accurate work

Advanced understanding of implementing product positioning strategies

Experienced in the Windows operating system, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and experience using IWD merchandising software or equivalent
