Our client is a highly respected General Contractor with a strong and growing presence across the Central Ohio healthcare market. Backed by long-standing healthcare relationships, a stable local operations group, and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare projects typically ranging from $20M–$150M+.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, healthcare facilities teams, design partners, and consultants
Oversee project financial performance including forecasting, cost control, and risk mitigation
Manage project teams including Superintendents, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers
Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific requirements including ICRA/IPCs, interim life safety measures, infection control, and safety standards
Lead OAC meetings, manage documentation, and maintain strong communication across internal and external stakeholders
Mentor developing project management talent and support team growth
Qualifications
7+ years of Project Management experience with a GC/CM
Strong background delivering healthcare projects or other highly regulated occupied-environment work
Experience managing complex phasing, multiple scopes, and stakeholder-heavy projects
Strong communication, leadership, and owner-facing ability
Working knowledge of ICRA, interim life safety measures, infection control, and regulated construction environments
Procore or similar project management software experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$125K–$165K base salary
