MUST HAVE ACTIVE Secret Clearance OR HIGHER
Location: Onsite in Whitehall, OH — relocation is required
Pay: $25–$30/hour
Schedule: Must be open to shift work (likely a swing shift such as 2pm–10pm or 3pm–11pm)
In this role, you’d be the front point of contact for telecom service requests, working with customers to gather requirements, enter service orders into a proprietary system, and follow requests through completion. This is a structured, customer-facing IT role in a DoD/DISA environment.
Candidates typically have:
2+ years of IT or telecom support experience
Exposure to service requests, provisioning, or order management
An active Secret clearance
