E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Shopify & Amazon Specialist)

The Opportunity

Distributed is a Silicon Valley-based managed services firm looking for a high-energy E-commerce Operations Assistant for our USA business clients. You will be the "engine room" for our US-based retail brands, ensuring products are live, customers are happy, and inventory is flowing.

Your Impact

This isn't just data entry. You will be managing digital storefronts for high-growth US brands. We need someone who understands the "why" behind the data and can navigate the backend of major e-commerce platforms with speed and precision.

Core Objectives

Storefront Management: Update product listings, optimize SEO descriptions, and manage pricing updates across Shopify, Amazon, or eBay.

Order & Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure every order is moving toward the customer's door.

Customer Experience: Handle high-level inquiries, manage returns/exchanges, and maintain a 5-star brand reputation.

Data Reporting: Generate weekly sales and traffic reports to help Founders make better inventory decisions.

What We Look For

Experience: 1-2 years in an E-commerce role (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or Walmart Marketplace experience is a huge plus).

Tech Fluency: You should be comfortable with tools like Slack, Canva (for basic image edits), and HelpDesk software (Zendesk/Gorgias). ️

Communication: Strong English (written and verbal). You must be able to write clear, professional product descriptions and emails. ️

Remote Professionalism: You must have a high-speed laptop (i5/M1 or better), fiber-optic internet, and a dedicated power backup solution (especially for candidates in Venezuela).

Compensation & Culture

Fixed Base: $600 – $850 USD Monthly (Based on experience and location).

Healthcare Stipend: $50 USD Monthly Contribution to Healthcare coverage.
